1 General Introduction

khv8 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", or "our") operates a safe and reliable online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and khv8.

By accessing this page, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on khv8, you must be at least 21 years old. Providing a false age or identity during registration will result in immediate account closure, and any deposits or winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, at the same address, or from the same device, they will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide fully accurate information at the time of registration. khv8 may request your identity document (national ID card or passport) at any time for verification purposes. If verification is not completed in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

khv8 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of receipt.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 will add the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is fraudulent and strictly prohibited.
• khv8 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been met.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

khv8's VIP program has four tiers, and members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is automatically added to the account each week. For wagering conditions applicable to cashback, please see the relevant promotions page. khv8 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

khv8 uses secure Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and SSL encryption to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Any manipulation of game results is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing with the help of bots, automated software, or any other tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Colluding with other users on the platform.
• Abusing the promotions or bonus system.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and applicable legal action may be taken.

7 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. khv8 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone. If you believe someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

• Use a strong password (a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters).
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Do not use the same password on other sites.
• Stay alert to suspicious logins from unrecognized devices.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Participation in games is entirely at your own risk. khv8 is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to technical errors.
• Account credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Failures of third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers, etc.).

khv8 reserves the right to correct any winnings or bonuses incorrectly credited due to a technical error. In such cases, the relevant amount may be reclaimed from the account.

12 Service Suspension or Termination

khv8 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is proven.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If registration was completed under a false identity.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• If the account holder is involved in prohibited activities.

If an account is closed on valid grounds, khv8 will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to return the verified balance. No balance will be returned in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.

13 Changes to Terms

khv8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. After any changes, the updated Terms will be published on the platform, and a notice may be sent to the registered email address for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal forum. Court costs and legal fees will be subject to the order of the relevant court.
